The Rugged Ridge XHD rear bumpers come in a heavy-duty black powder coat steel, which offer all the strength you'll need, as well as a sharp appearance. These rear bumpers mount with a special inner mounting plate that offers the strength that off-roading will demand. With Rugged Ridge XHD rear bumpers, you have a great selection of optional add-ons.
The bumper comes equipped with a 2 heavy-duty D-Ring attachment points. A tire carrier is also available, and will accommodate up to a 35" tire. When your product is purchased from Omix-ADA®/Rugged Ridge and is not separately warranted by either Omix-ADA® or the manufacturer, then this Limited Warranty gives you specific legal rights and is the only warranty Omix-ADA® makes in connection with your purchase. Omix-ADA® neither assumes nor authorizes any manufacturer, vendor, retailer, other person or entity to assume for it any other obligation or liability in connection with its products or this Limited Warranty.
Subject to the terms, exclusions and limitations herein and with respect only to products first sold in the United States, Omix-ADA®/Rugged Ridge warrants to the initial retail purchaser ("purchaser") only that when installed and used on purchaser’s vehicle according to supplied product installation instructions and/or warnings, purchaser’s Omix-ADA® product and family of brands (Rugged Ridge, Alloy USA, Havoc, Precision Gear, Outland Automotive) shall be free of defects in material and workmanship for five (5) years. This Limited Warranty shall be measured from the date of initial retail purchase, extends only to the initial retail purchaser and is not transferable. ALL OTHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES ARE HEREBY DISCLAIMED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. Your warrantor for these parts is Omix-ADA®. Omix-ADA® reserves the right to: (a.) require proof of purchase as a condition of this Limited Warranty please use warranty registration card, (b.) make future revisions to this product or it’s Limited Warranty without obligation to conform existing product or provide purchaser with prior notice.

Order Confirmation:
As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment. If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail. If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.
Order Shipment:
If your order is in stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will ship within five business days from the date of your order. We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out. If you do not receive tracking information from us within six business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at sales@Royalrooftoptent.com.
No Shipping outside the USA. (Some exceptions apply - if the website permits you to check out and enter your shipping address, you will receive your order.).

The shipping services typically used are Fedex, DHL, or UPS. You can request a quote from us, and we will assist you in obtaining the lowest possible shipping price.
Some items may take longer to ship. If this is the case, we will promptly reach out to you, inform you of the situation, and present potential alternatives or solutions.
If you do not see any updates in your tracking information or you order is never received, please feel free to contact us during our business hours, and one of our representatives will be able to address any concerns you may have. Additionally, you can contact the carrier directly using the phone number provided on their website. They will also be able to assist you in locating your package.
Returns
The Royalrooftoptent default is that customers will be responsible for all return shipping charges or reconsignment fees caused by customer error, unless otherwise stated on the product page.
Nearly all of our products have guarantee warranty policies - meaning that you will 100% get a fully functional, operating product that you paid for without any extra expenses incurred on your end - please see individual product pages for details.
Generally we accept returns up to thirty (30) business days from delivery. Items must be unopened. Customer is responsible for return shipping. Please use shipping services that offer tracking. We are not responsible for products lost or damaged in shipping, and this could affect the amount of your refund. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
