Clearance:

To determine the appropriate usage of the platform storage lifter, please measure the height of the items you intend to stack on it. (B)
When the platform storage lifter is empty, it will hang 18 in (A) from the ceiling. If the height of your item exceeds this measurement, add 3 inches to account for the frame height, this will be the height your item will hang down from the ceiling.
At its fully lowered position, the bottom of the frame reaches a height of 11 feet 9 inches (C) from your ceiling.

Installation

Installing the Platform Lifter in your garage is easy, with the difficulty level being similar too installing a TV on the wall. There are two main things you will need to do. First you will need to install the MyLifter system on your ceiling and then lower the lifting cables. Second you will need to assemble the lifting frame, secure your item to it with the included lifting straps and attach the frame to the lifting cables.

Order Confirmation:

As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail.  This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase.  As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment.  If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail.  If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.


Order Shipment:

If your order is in stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will ship within five business days from the date of your order.  We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out.  If you do not receive tracking information from us within six business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at sales@Royalrooftoptent.com.


No Shipping outside the USA. (Some exceptions apply - if the website permits you to check out and enter your shipping address, you will receive your order.). 


Shipping Options

Shipping costs vary depending on the product or brand. 

The shipping services typically used are Fedex, DHL, or UPS. You can request a quote from us, and we will assist you in obtaining the lowest possible shipping price.

Some items may take longer to ship. If this is the case, we will promptly reach out to you, inform you of the situation, and present potential alternatives or solutions.

If you do not see any updates in your tracking information or you order is never received, please feel free to contact us during our business hours, and one of our representatives will be able to address any concerns you may have. Additionally, you can contact the carrier directly using the phone number provided on their website. They will also be able to assist you in locating your package.


Returns

The Royalrooftoptent default is that customers will be responsible for all return shipping charges or reconsignment fees caused by customer error, unless otherwise stated on the product page. 


Nearly all of our products have guarantee warranty policies - meaning that you will 100% get a fully functional, operating product that you paid for without any extra expenses incurred on your end - please see individual product pages for details. 


Generally we accept returns up to thirty (30) business days from delivery. Items must be unopened. Customer is responsible for return shipping. Please use shipping services that offer tracking. We are not responsible for products lost or damaged in shipping, and this could affect the amount of your refund. Shipping charges are non-refundable.



A few important notes:

-Make sure to inspect the package upon delivery. Take pictures and note if there is any damage to the package. Contact sales@royalrooftoptent within 24 hours of the product being delivered if your item was damaged in transit.
 
-Once you sign for the package you become responsible for the cost of return shipping and the cost of a new product shipping in the case of a refund or exchange. With that in mind do not sign for damaged packages. Refuse the delivery and contact us at sales@royalrooftoptent.com.
 
-Products must be returned unopened and unused.  An additional restocking fee may occur.
 
-I understand that if my order has left the warehouse, that I am may be unable to receive a full refund. 
 
-I understand that if I return my order once it has shipped, I will be responsible for paying any return shipping fees and restocking fees, which vary by product, but are usually around 20%.
