Clearance:
To ensure that your item will fit in the space desired, measure the overall height of the item you are going to hang (B). When the Universal Lifter has fully raised, the bottom of the frame hangs down 9in from the ceiling (A). Take the height of your item and add it to 9in to find the exact overhead clearance.
The bottom of the frame hangs down 10ft 9in from the ceiling (C) when fully lowered. Use the same formula to see if your item will reach the ground.

We made the Single-Bike Lifter as easy to install as a wall mounted TV. There are only two primary things you will need to do: 1st you will need to install the MyLifter system on your ceiling and lower the lifting cables, 2nd you will need to assemble the lifting frame, attach the frame to the lifting cables and secure your bike to it with the included lifting straps.

Order Confirmation:
As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment. If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail. If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.
Order Shipment:
If your order is in stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will ship within five business days from the date of your order. We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out. If you do not receive tracking information from us within six business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at sales@Royalrooftoptent.com.
No Shipping outside the USA. (Some exceptions apply - if the website permits you to check out and enter your shipping address, you will receive your order.).
Shipping Options
Shipping costs vary depending on the product or brand.
The shipping services typically used are Fedex, DHL, or UPS. You can request a quote from us, and we will assist you in obtaining the lowest possible shipping price.
Some items may take longer to ship. If this is the case, we will promptly reach out to you, inform you of the situation, and present potential alternatives or solutions.
If you do not see any updates in your tracking information or you order is never received, please feel free to contact us during our business hours, and one of our representatives will be able to address any concerns you may have. Additionally, you can contact the carrier directly using the phone number provided on their website. They will also be able to assist you in locating your package.
Returns
The Royalrooftoptent default is that customers will be responsible for all return shipping charges or reconsignment fees caused by customer error, unless otherwise stated on the product page.
Nearly all of our products have guarantee warranty policies - meaning that you will 100% get a fully functional, operating product that you paid for without any extra expenses incurred on your end - please see individual product pages for details.
Generally we accept returns up to thirty (30) business days from delivery. Items must be unopened. Customer is responsible for return shipping. Please use shipping services that offer tracking. We are not responsible for products lost or damaged in shipping, and this could affect the amount of your refund. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
