The ARB Simpson III Rooftop Tent, is a classically styled, large, soft shell tent that is one of the most popular on the market. Warranty Terms and Conditions:
The ARB Touring (Esperance) Rooftop Tent comes with a 3-year (36 month) warranty, effective from the date of purchase. The warranty covers all aspects of workmanship, finish and fabric. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. If this product requires warranty, please return to your closest ARB store accompanied with your receipt of purchase and batch code number located on the internal pole of the tent. Warranty period of 3 years from Date of purchase applies to this product.
Exclusions warranty does not cover:
(a) normal wear and tear;
(b) fitting of the ARB Product other than in accordance with the Product Information and all relevant vehicle safety and compliance laws, including incorrect fitting;
(c) using the ARB Product other than for the purpose for which it was originally designed or other than in ARB Products – Warranty Policy accordance with the Product Information and all relevant vehicle safety and compliance laws, including unusual, improper or negligent use or misuse or overloading;
(d) misuse or neglect of the ARB Product, including improper repair or maintenance or failing to repair and maintain;
(e) alteration, abuse, acts of nature, terrorism, vandalism, collision, road hazards or adverse conditions;
(f) formal or informal competitive events, such as racing, rallying, hill climbing, speed trials or similar activities; and/or
(g) using the ARB Product in underground mining or other highly corrosive environments.

Order Confirmation:
As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment. If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail. If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.
Order Shipment:
If your order is in stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will ship within five business days from the date of your order. We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out. If you do not receive tracking information from us within six business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at sales@Royalrooftoptent.com.

The Royalrooftoptent default is that customers will be responsible for all return shipping charges or reconsignment fees caused by customer error, unless otherwise stated on the product page.
Nearly all of our products have guarantee warranty policies - meaning that you will 100% get a fully functional, operating product that you paid for without any extra expenses incurred on your end - please see individual product pages for details.
Generally we accept returns up to ten (10) business days from delivery. Items must be unopened. Customer is responsible for return shipping. Please use shipping services that offer tracking. We are not responsible for products lost or damaged in shipping, and this could affect the amount of your refund. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
